Claire's, the chicest accessory brand, launched in Karachi last night at Dolmen Mall Clifton and maaaynn since it was open for public, the turnout was massive. The event started with a few speeches, followed by a kids fashion show and refreshments for all. Then it reached its final stage, which was the ginormous fashionista apocalypse, with the ribbon cutting ceremony, where everybody wanted to get inside all at once and all those uncles trying to squeeze in too were quite humor inducing. Luckily, us bloggers got a chance to sneak in before the opening to check out everything in there without the enthusiastic crowd around us and here is what my camera managed to capture for you babes.

The store isn't too big, but it has a good range of jewellery, notebook, hair accessories for children, phone cases, bags, clutches, makeup brushes, false eyelashes and even press on nails. I had been eager about the launch solely because of the jewellery and as soon as I stepped in my heart fluttered in excitement. I already have a huge collection of Claire's jewellery that dad got me from Oman years ago and I did spot some chunky gold hoops and chains that I am wanting to splurge on, but those unicorn back and front earrings are what I really really want. The price range does seem a bit insane to me but then again everything imported in our currency is like that.

Towards the end, the blogger lot was handed out goodie bags and here's what I got, which I am planning to pass on to my two years old nieces who would love these adorable hair ties and clip! ^_~
