Twenty Fourteen has been an amazing year filled with love, support and rewards. I feel humbled and grateful for everything that I have been blessed with this year. I was planning to do an end of 2014 post, but I didn't want to do the usual yearly favourites or stuff that you are already seeing in your feeds. Therefore, I decided to a Milestone Timeline to keep track of all that I have achieved this year. I know it's impossible to fit it all in one post but here are the major highlights. :) I got this idea thinking about a milestone timeline I had made of my mum back in eighth grade.
January: My First Facebook Giveaway! // First Launch Event that I got invited to that too by a brand like Maybelline about which I felt over the moon. Later on I had my face in print for the first time too!! :D
February, March and April were pretty much standard except for I got a permanent position job offer during this time as a blogger for a renowned makeup brand. They had loved my Baby Lips Launch post. However, I couldn't take it because of my academic schedule. Still Alhamdulillah for such a grand opportunity! :) Oh, and I found my unrelated twin in March too over Instagram!
May: Getting invited to Academy of Aesthetics by the ever so lovely Wafa Khan and I am glad to know her now.
June: Got myself theBalm Mary-Lou Manizer for the birthday present.
July: Changed the look of my blog // First sponsored Giveaway by Platinum.pk.
August: My blog completed 2 years and by this time I have had so many social media milestones that I lost count.
September: Tried Michigan Pizza for the First Time! How could I not include my budget-savvy favourite pizza place?! :'D
October: Got to try out Sigma Beauty 3DHD collection before they were even launched! // For the first time ever did 3 Halloween looks and got so much appreciation! ^^
November: Attended my first Fashion Pakistan Week ever and it was so overwhelming but great.
December: Just completed 6 years of friendship with my best friend. We have literally grown up together and are still not bored of each other, which if you know me is quite surprising. :P
By the end of 2014, I felt so much closer to my family and determined too about my future plans. Now I hope Twenty Fifteen will prove to be even better for all of us! :)
