L'Oreal Color Riche Nail Polish in Rouge Pin Up | Review and Swatches

This was my first ever nail polish from L'Oreal and my initial thoughts were this bottle, though cute and luxe, is a bit small for the price, 'it's just a red after all'. The quality though managed to blew me away.

To begin with, the opacity is so great that a single coat is enough! Do I even need to describe this shade? It is exactly as the name (I love it!) depicts, a classic bright shade of red that when in doubt would go with just about everything from mundane to festive! I feel building up coats only makes it more intense but decreases its glorious brightness. The brush that comes with it, is a bit flatter than the usual ones and that makes the application only smoother and totally streak free. Rouge Pin Up is very glossy and it doesn't really require any top coats. It lasts on my nails for 3-4 days without any major chips, depending on what I've been up to.
